Villa Segara Legian
Reservation Confirmation & Cancellation:
A 25% deposit is required to confirm a reservation and the balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
- Please note, we are only able to hold a reservation for 14 days without a deposit payment.
- The deposit will be non-refundable if:
- No notice is given (no show)
- Cancellation is made within 14 days prior to arrival in low season and within 30 days prior in High/Peak season. If cancellation is made after the above period, the deposit will be refunded minus bank charges and a 20% administration fee. Under special circumstances, management may allow deposits to be transferred to a future date.
- Once here, your accommodation costs are also non-refundable if you decide to leave prior to your booked departure date.
Check in time: 14:00 (2pm)
Check out time: 12:00 (midday)
- Use of all facilities including our swimming pool is at your own risk.
- Guests are liable for any breakages beyond normal wear and tear.
- Villa Segara Legian is not responsible for any occurrences resulting in personal or property damage due to acts beyond our control.
- Please be aware of wet areas and uneven surfaces as guests are responsible for their own safety whilst on Villa Segara Legian’s property.
- Although our staff are very competent and trustworthy, please use the safes provided in each villa.
- As the swimming pool is unfenced please ensure children are supervised at all times (Temporary pool fencing can be arranged at an extra cost).
Minimum Stays: We have minimum stay requirement at Villa Segara Legian of three nights (3n) for high/ peak season and two nights (2n) in low season. We might agree to a shorter stay on a case by case basis. Rental rates also vary according to the season, rental rates are subject to change without notice.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, incl. evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.
Responsibility: Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at Villa Segara Legian, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
Bank Account: Full details of our bank account will be given at time of booking confirmation.
Optional & Extra Charges: Laundry, special order services.
Security Deposit: Upon finalisation of your booking you will be required to authorise a security deposit of 1 night’s accommodation from a nominated credit card. This will be refunded at the end of your stay providing there is no damage or loss.
Waiver of Liability & Disclaimer
Villa Segara Legian owners shall not accept responsibility for losses to our guests for any claims, including but not limited to:
- Responsibility for personal body injury, death, accident, lost, stolen or damaged property, loss of mental or physical enjoyment, delay or inconvenience.
- Any delays or changes in schedule, itineraries, incurred by any person arising out of any wilful or negligent act or omission of any carrier, hotel, airline, villa, ground operator or other person who does not render any services or accommodations.
- The act or commissions of any party.
- Monetary crisis, labour problems, economic changes, mechanical maintenance or construction difficulties or noise, climatic aberrations, local laws, novel or unexpected conditions.
- Absence of travel documents, passports, visa and health certificates, where required.
- Additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, missed carrier connections, substitute accommodations or of common carrier equipment, termination of service, change in fare and rates, cancellation or double booking reservations or tickets, sickness, strike, war, quarantine, pilferage, monetary crisis, political or social unrest, disease, acts of god or any events beyond our control.
Accordingly, the Guests covenant and agree the Property Owner or Villa Segara Legian is not responsible for damages such as (but not limited to) motorcycle, scooter, and other vehicle rentals, horse-back riding, SCUBA diving, deep-sea fishing, golfing, pool/ocean swimming and surfing, falls from pool decks, wet tiles and or stairs along with any sliding glass door injuries.
Therefore, each guest agrees that he/she is voluntarily participating in any and all activities, risks, and use of the accommodations, and hereby assumes all risk of injury, illness, damage or loss to person and property that might result, including, without limitation, any loss or theft of personal property.
For the execution interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement, the parties expressly submit to the laws in effect and to the courts of Denpasar, Indonesia, hereby waiving any other jurisdiction that may now or hereafter be applicable by reason of their present or future domiciles.
Guests with Disabilities – Indonesia does not conform to the most countries disability laws like the United States’ American Disabilities Act, therefore, facilities for disabled persons are limited in Bali and subsequently at Villa Segara Legian.
